Journal Of Human Rights And The Environment期刊介绍

Since its inception, JHRE has made unique and significant contributions to the field of human rights and the environment, creating a unique space for strong and unusual academic research to mix and discuss. The magazine has now adopted an innovative 'slow publication' model aimed at celebrating depth, imagination, and rigor, and resisting the increasing pressure of publications and issues in our field, which makes it difficult for many scholars to publish their most desired high-quality works.

The Journal of Human Rights and the Environment (JHRE) is an interdisciplinary annual legal and theoretical journal dedicated to human rights and environmental issues. Since its establishment in 2010, this magazine has been widely recognized by international scholars for the intellectual quality, relevance, and deep contribution of its articles to exploring new ways of the interface between humans and the environment. JHRE covers the connection between human rights and environmental issues, tensions, as well as relevant regulations and rights. The magazine has published works by top scholars in the field, including Dinah Shelton, Christopher Stone, Mary Warnock, Ngaire Nafine, Peadar Kirby, Upendra Baxi, Laura Westra, David Kinley, Lorraine Code, and Andreas Philippopoulos Mihalipoulos. Some magazine publications have been cited by courts and human rights treaty bodies.
