Since its establishment, the Journal of Human Resources Development Season has always adhered to the direction of serving socialism, guided by Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and implemented the academic policy of "letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend". It not only focuses on the practice of domestic human resource development and management, but also actively draws on international advanced experience, striving to promote the progress of China's human resource development and management.
